The Trans Agenda

Happy Friday! 🌈 and welcome to...
The Trans Agenda.  🤫

 ::Secret handshake 🤝🙌::

The Trans Agenda is THE ROUGH CUT. I’ve always had a bad habit of leaving projects unfinished. Things as minor as sandwiches or as major as nearly-completed documentaries with original scores that never saw the light of day. Somewhere in the universe there’s an endless library filled with all the stories, movies, and ideas that were never finished. I can’t wait to browse.

For a long time, I thought some big edit would mold my life into perfection. But it won’t. It’s always going to be messy; there’s always going to be pain. It makes me wonder, who am I? Who are we all—other than our chromosomes and skin? Why do I wake up every morning, wishing life were different?

But why should life on Earth be different from anywhere else in the universe? We’re all just little dots, living on a rock, flying through the Milky Way. It’s messy out there, in space. But, when we cut through dark matter and cosmic radiation—there’s perfection in that. Wibbly-wobbly nebulas don’t need editing, so why should we? They’re already perfectly on their way to becoming whatever it is they will be.

Life is perfect. Every time my feet hit the ground and gravity keeps me from floating off—it is a miracle. Not to mention all the wonderful systems that keep my body moving and my sweet, sweet hormones zooming through my bloodstream. Just like a blob of space dust, dancing around in the void, I am on my way to whatever I will be. No need for edits. Life is a beautiful journey, just the way it is.

My name is Eir (she/they), and I'm so sorry to all the Bravoholics, out there. This moment is totally wasted on me. I don't even watch the show. :(

 We don’t make money from rage mongering or clickbait, so we can afford to bring you The Good News About Trans 🏳️⚧️
