The Trans Agenda
Happy Friday! 🌈 and welcome to...
The Trans Agenda. 🤫
::Secret handshake 🤝🙌::
The category isssss BABY CHICKENS! AKA chicks. Coming out for many trans people can be a very lonely experience. Even with all the support in the world, not many people know what you are experiencing. How many people know what it’s like to completely upend their personal biology? There is nothing like it. Even those who don’t go through hormone replacement become new people. It’s a rough process, to say the least. The eggshell doesn’t crack itself, if ya know what I mean.
But if you help the lil chick crack its eggy home, it won’t grow strong enough to live in the world awaiting on the outside. Once outside, love and support is all a baby chick wants. At least—speaking for myself—this baby chick wants ALL the love and support, both after coming out and today. Trans people need cisgender allies. Yes. But even more so, trans people need each other. Have you hugged a baby chick today? Are you good to your fellow trans?
One of the most horrible experiences in my life was not being disowned by family or betrayed by a lover. It was being rejected by trans people. Hurt people hurt people. But hurt people hurting hurt people hurts more. (Say that 10 times fast! I dare you.) Since feeling that sting, I’ve made a point of being as supportive as I can to other trans people. Patient like Yoda teaching Luke how to lift a spaceship with his mind. If you're trans, you may have felt similar stings to mine. I wouldn’t want to add to yours.
The Trans Agenda is BABY CHICKENS

My name is Eir (she/they), and I have found the ULTIMATE vodka pizza. I want to have a hunger affirming surgery so I can eat the entire thing in one go. Wait...was that a dad joke. Errrr...let's forget I said that.
We don’t make money from rage mongering or clickbait, so we can afford to bring you The Good News About Trans 🏳️⚧️
